Policies
- Children must be supervised at all times when in the pool . Villa management is not responsible for accidents or injuries or allergies sustained by guests during stay. Any food allergies must be notified to villa management at time of placing order.
- We do not sell liquor or wines, but guests can bring their own supplies of spirits or wines for consumption. No corkage charged. Villa is for sole use of resident guests.
- Safes are provided in each room and all valuables must be kept locked in the safe. Villa management is not responsible for any losses during stay.
- Food: We have an excellent chef and meals, both local and western can be ordered. Breakfast is included in the villa rate. Meals are priced in the range of USD 4-12. Light snacks, vegetarian and kids meals priced around USD 4- 8. With advance notice special meals like lobster and lagoon prawns or seafood platter can be ordered. The guest has the option of buying their own groceries and using the services of the private chef to cook their meals. A charge of USD 25 per day applies for chef and utilities. The villa does not provide free breakfast when this option is used.
- The villa is Covid-19 compliant and guests are requested to cooperate with the health regulations. The villa is registered with the Sri Lanka Tourist Development Authority as suitable for tourists. We are classified as a Safe and Secure Covid-19 property by the SLTDA. Vendors and other outsiders are not permitted to enter the villa for health and security reasons.
- It is a government requirement that on arrival guests provide the staff with their passport or ID to register their personal details.
- No pets allowed.
- A limited wash only laundry service is available at USD$ 50 cents per piece. An iron and ironing board is supplied in the room for guests to do their own ironing.
- The gates of the villa are closed at 9.30 pm. If guests are returning to the villa after this time please inform the Manager in advance.
- FREE PICK UP: We provide a free transport service for pick up or drop off for stays of 7 nights entire villa for group arriving together. For stays of 10 nights free pick up and drop off is provided. Package tours to the game parks and dolphin and whale sites are also arranged.
- On confirmation of reservation, a holding deposit of USD 300 is payable within 3 days of confirmation. If the booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival the deposit is refunded. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival by wire transfer or on arrival by credit card. Please contact the villa for details of bank account for wire transfer. Please note that the villa website URL uses https:// and not http:// which makes it more secure and protects your information and passwords. Certain countries are currently blocked from using the SWIFT system for online payments and in such a situation please contact the villa management for assistance. We accept USD and LKR cash notes as well as Mastercard and Visa credit cards. A bank charge of 3 % applies for credit card payments.
- Smoking inside the villa is not allowed.
- RATES POLICY: Please note that the nightly rates displayed on the website for accommodation are the current rates at the time of the enquiry. The rates are seasonal and the actual rates on the date of arrival could differ from the advertised rates. When you fill in the application form, the actual rates will be advised to you before confirmation.
